Yuletide Fair - Saturday, November 12, 2011 - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The fair will be held only in the church building.  All are welcome to come and browse, purchase unique gifts and holiday items, eat delicious homemade soup, sandwiches, and desserts, and enjoy a cup of tea, and take home a can of cookies and wonderful baked goods.

We are requesting help and donations as indicated below. Bring your items to the church nursery from Sunday, November 6 through Thursday, November 10. Baked goods and other food should arrive Thursday-Saturday.  Find the sign-up sheet in the church vestry to volunteer your time and talents.  This is an excellent way to meet others and to be a part of this important event.  The proceeds benefit local and global mission projects.

Holly's Kitchen  (9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.) - Phyllis Appler and Susan McDonald    Needs:  5 dozen hard boiled eggs,  5 pans of apple crunch, 10 cans of white tuna fish, sweet rolls, muffins

Victorian Tea Parlor (10:00 a.m-3:00 p.m.) - Joyce Tagliaferro    Please contact Joyce about donations.

Arts and Crafts - Phyllis Bowden    Needs: handcrafted, knitted items, specialty gifts

Christmas Shoppe - Carol Riley and Glenda Aquino   Needs: New handcrafted ornaments, holiday decor, gifts, placemats, table runners, etc.

Ye Olde Bakery - Sharon Schmidt    Needs:  Donations of any baked item (breads, cookies, rolls, pies, etc.), candy, novelties
 
Grandma's Attic - Laurie Wilson-Tallo    Needs:  Donations of gently used holiday or specialty items, jewelry, gifts

Harvest Thyme - Pam Breniser    Needs: Wreaths, dried arrangements and bunches of dried flowers, as well as festive fall accessories

Cookie Walk - Ann Rose     Needs: Coffee cans, many varieties of small cookies that will fit inside a coffee can.  These can  be frozen and given later as holiday gifts.

Other Needs:

Plants - Small, flowering or house plants that could be displayed and  sold throughout the fair    

Card tables - We need at least 15 card tables to be used in the  tea parlor  and for the luncheon.   Please mark your card table, and bring it by Thursday.
