Large group study in the Vestry
Adult theology class: Come to see and hear interviews with iconic religious figures of our era and also to investigate some scholars' answers to difficult questions about God, the church, and the world. Class is video based with lively, open-minded discussion. Questions are encouraged. All viewpoints are welcomed as we try to develop sound theological thinking and to model the kind of discussion that leads to peace. For those who wish to journey deeper into the topics presented, theological journals will be available to class members for work outside of class. Each week is a separate topic so you may feel to drop in as your schedule allows. Leaders are Kristy Besada and Paul Pederzani.

Weekday adult studies:
Jesus in the Gospels: 7 PM, Tuesdays in the church library
30 week class with daily reading assignments and weekly 2 1/2 hour group meeting.
The study compares the four gospels and pulls in Old Testament references. Group Facilitators are Laurie Fernald and Helen Louderback. (Note: Class is now closed to new members)
NEW - The Case for Faith: 7:30 PM, Tuesdays at Main St. Church, specific location to be determined. This study is of Lee Strobel's book by the same name. Introduction/Orientation is Jan. 31 and classes will run through May 29. Group Leader is Susan McDonald. All are welcome. Contact the church office to sign up or just drop in to the first class.
