A Campaign for Kindness

A Campaign for Kindness is based on the phrase, Do Unto Others, a version of this teaching can be found in almost every major religion. This universal rule holds the power to bring people together.

This grassroots movement launched by Resurrection Church in the Kansas City area, encourages people to be intentional about treating one another with kindness, even those with whom we disagree.

A vote for kindness is a step toward overcoming the polarization in our country through civility and respect.

Stand Up for Kindness

Our individual actions matter. When we choose kindness during moments of disagreement, we create ripples of respect that change relationships and entire communities. A vote for kindness stands to affect much more than an election. We’re glad you’re here. Everyone is welcome.

Scarecrows on Main Street Nashua

On display up and down Main Street in Nashua, NH are over 20 scarecrows uniquely designed by many great Downtown businesses and organizations.

Our scarecrow celebrates the work of conservationist and primatologist, Jane Goodall, who spent 60 years studying wild chimpanzees in Gombe overturning many misconceptions about these social animals with emotions.

In keeping with our congregation's Green Ministry focus, we appreciate her advocacy for environmental justice. In these troubling times with worsening climate crisis and loss of biodiversity, she offers four reasons for hope: The Amazing Human Intellect, The Resilience of Nature, The Power of Young People, and The Indomitable Human Spirit.
